Sarah Menniti
Sarah started her career in civil construction where she obtained experience in Workplace Health and Safety, Site Supervision, Tender Writing, and Estimating. These skills allowed her to transfer into the Mining sector, seeing her take roles as Safety Manager in Mining and General Manager (Mining and Civil Labour Hire Business). Her passion for empowering others started her journey in Vocational Education and Training, where she now assists SME’s to utilize training to develop their employees through upskilling opportunities, which ultimately enhances their future business capability. Sarah is currently the Industry Engagement Manager at Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ), leading the regional team which spans from Thursday Island to Wide Bay.
